Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to towns in the North Island.
Check out our stockists to find dinners closer to you.
CAN I ORDER if my delivery address is rural?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to a rural address as we can’t be certain the courier will be able to deliver overnight.
If unsure if your delivery address is rural you can check at the NZ Post website.
When should I expect my delivery?
We aim to get orders out for the courier next business day.
We use a same day delivery service for Hamilton, Te Awamutu and Cambridge (Cambridge delivery days are Tuesday and Friday).
Wider Waikato areas and the rest of the North Island will be sent on an overnight service.
Orders made after 8:00am Friday will be sent out the next business day.
Overnight orders will not be sent the day before a public holiday as couriers will not deliver on a public holiday.
What time will my order be delivered?
Once your delivery is packed and ready for the courier, you will be sent an email which includes tracking details. You will also receive a text to say it has arrived.
When can I collect my order from RedKitchen HQ?
You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. We aim to have the order ready by the next business day.
I won’t be home when my order is delivered. Will it still be frozen?
On our same day service we use an insulation wrap so that the meals will stay frozen for up to 12 hours.
For wider Waikato areas and the rest of the North Island, we have thicker delivery boxes, wool wrap and ice packs to keep meals frozen. Your meals will stay frozen for up to 36 hours.
Are the silver containers microwave safe?
Yes, you can defrost in a microwave in the silver containers.
How many people can a family size dinner feed?
Each dinner has serving suggestions on the bottom of the packaging. For a rough idea, a family size portion can feed a family of 4 with accompaniments or 3 adults with accompaniments.
