Cauliflower Fritters with Ratatouille
Roast Cauliflower, lentil and a fresh herb fritters with a chunky summer vegetable ratatouille.
Chicken Porcini Lasagne
This is a bit of a treat, free range chicken lasagne, finished with button mushrooms and porcini. Pop open a bottle of Pinot with this one.
Lamb Kefta Tagine with Cauli Couscous (GF)
(GF) Spiced with a little lemon and fennel, and finished with feta.
